This class will tackle the “what to do's” in order to prepare for your journey to the delivery room and beyond. Topics will include physical and emotional changes, signs & stages of labor, when to go to the hospital, managing your labor at home, pain management, vaginal birth, C-section and more. This class will also include newborn care, breastfeeding, and how to choose a Pediatrician.

For many hours during the week, the life of your baby is in the hands of your Nanny. Nannies need to be prepared for emergencies, injury prevention and life-threatening situations.

This course is designed to educate Nannies in Infant/ Child CPR, choking prevention/ Heimlich maneuver, water safety, injury prevention, falls, allergies and first aid. Your Nanny will be provided with the skills and critical information necessary to handle crisis situations involving children in their care.
